The Agency delivers employment services at no charge, to adults, newcomers to Canada, persons with disabilities, students and youth.

The County of Simcoe is conducting an analysis of the local labour market to serve as the foundation to establish present and future training requirements that would in turn support a variety of job sectors within the Simcoe County catchment area, including the separated cities of Barrie and Orillia.
The Labour Market Analysis Project is in the public consultation phase and they want your feedback! Two two surveys have been created, one for employers, and one for job seekers, to give the County feedback on current and future opportunities and challenges as it relates to finding the employees and/or employment opportunities! The surveys should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
